About Lori

My husband and I came into the real estate business as investors in the fall of 2004. We began investing to help with the ever increasing costs of higher education for our children. When our oldest, Kacie was in 8th grade, we bought our first rental property. We continued to invest, buying at least one property each year with the help of my brother Tim who was our Real Estate agent. In the winter of 2014 Tim passed away suddenly and before I knew it, I was a liscensed agent with Northwood Realty Services. Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined how much I would enjoy heiping people whether they are investors, buying their first or second home, downsizing, or selling a childhood home. I love this business and it must have been a bit obvious to my daughter Kacie, who at age 26 decided to leave teaching and join me. We became a team in 2016. In August of 2018 Northwood purchased Berkshire Hathaway HomesServices The Preferred Realty. Two Legendary companies coming together in real estate.
